New map - More construction choices

As the normal flatgrass is a little boring, i suggest we change map (it will still be very general)

3. gm_wireconstruct_rc.zip http://www.garrysmod.org/downloads/?a=view&id=63538 (The screenshot only shows the lower part of the map! On the surface it's water and flatland.)

The reason im suggesting excactly theese maps is becuse they got water, this allows us to build boats, underwater bases and more!

Also, for easier boat construction. I think we should add this tool:
Buoyancy Tool v1.1 http://www.garrysmod.org/downloads/?a=view&id=38465
Allows you to make any prop float however much you want it to, without having to use physical properties.

Exacly what i said the whole time.
I also need water, I´m working on a custom map for the server
unless its not finished there wont run any other map.

Buoyancy is allready on my desktop since idk 3weeks,
I´m just kinda lazy to upload, but I´ll do it sasp!
